Did you have an abstract accepted for the ISEV Conference in Puerto Rico, but lack the funding to get there? EVERNET is here to help!
We are offering up to three travel grants of 20,000 SEK each to support PhD students and Postdocs in the EV field.
Eligibility Criteria
- Status: PhD student or Postdoc (max 7 years since defense) at Karolinska Institutet or Karolinska Hospital.
- Success: You have an officially accepted abstract for ISEV 2026.
- Need: You lack sufficient funding to attend the conference.
- Engagement: You agree to provide a short report on the scientific program of the conference to the ExoZoom community upon your return.
How to Apply
Submit a one-page application as PDF via email to swesev@ki.se including the following:
• Full Name and Email Address.
• Detailed affiliation at KI including supervisor(s).
• If a Postdoc: Date of PhD defense.
• Your complete, accepted abstract.
• Why you would like to attend the conference (max 2 sentences).
Submission Deadline: February 20, 2026
(Note: The ISEV Early Bird deadline is Feb 25, 2026)
The Details
• Selection: Applications will be reviewed by the EVERNET Scientific Committee.
• Reimbursement: Selected awardees will be reimbursed for actual travel costs (up to 20,000 SEK) upon submission of receipts to swesev@ki.se.
